James Joyce Experience, Dublin Day, Dublin Night.

The metaphors exposed, the connections made, the merging, the joining, the medium waves, the nightmare of history of our Pale Blue Dot, from which we all try to awaken - and we all try to World Wide Wake.

Victorian era slangs - Ok, what exactly is James Joyce's writings about, what is the «JJ Experience» ? Well, it's more about the streaming changes of time and geography and echo-chambers of Babel Tower components. Does that answer your question?

Gigglemug

First attested in the Victorian Era, from giggle +‎ mug https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/gigglemug

Poked Up - A Dictionary of Victorian Slang (1909) - https://publicdomainreview.org/collection/a-dictionary-of-victorian-slang-1909/

That 1909 book is titled "PASSING ENGLISH", which is a great metaphor, how language and metaphor systems (Bible verse John 1:1 metaphors abound) are passed down and around the world.

J. Redding Ware, Passing English of the Victorian Era, a Dictionary of Heterodox English, Slang and Phrase (London: Routledge, 1909).
