The fuck is "non-tariff cheating" supposed to mean?
Some nonsense phrase they made up
I mean wouldn't it just be "ways to cheat tarrifs"
Like I guess they don't want to promote that but they could just say "ways to cheat tarrifs we will punish" to try to sound hard.
But this phrase just makes no sense.
