I always like when they find the cheapest site possible, buy it and then realize it has no easy water access or lack of other stuff that's needed. Which was why it was cheap in the first place. These problems are known and solved, but, being billionaire cheapskates, they won't invest in it. Like you said, try to innovate and fail.
