The federal government under Joe Biden prosecuted fewer corporate crime cases than at any point in the last 30 years. Now the Trump administration is set to drop or pause more than 100 enforcement actions against corporate misconduct.

Doesn't dropping or pausing more than 100 suggest more activity under Biden than the 80 prosecuted, since the Trump crew certainly didn't initiate them?

Yes, but if we used logic we wouldn't be able to blame Biden for something Trump is doing.

Not really. Criminal prosecutions are a very small subset of enforcement actions. That doesn't make this post reasonable, but your logic doesn't check out either.
