Ok... I don't like to be on Trump's defense (seriously, I really don't) but you can make anyone look... quite so egg shaped... with the right angle and lens (and shadowing in this case). It doesn't have to be a doctored photo, it just has to be an unflattering shot.

Trump is by no means attractive, though, and honestly this is probably more accurate a portrayal of who he really is, haha.

It's more a case of wearing wide shirts and trousers to hide the adult diapers.

If anything, Trump has gotten thinner lately, he has this old-man-wasting-away look about him now.
