Given that the dude did crimes, and Garland and Biden did fuck all with that for two fucking years, I don’t think this is a winning strategy because no one will believe that Dems will do anything to defend democracy(unless they actually start doing something substantial immediately). Especially now that the dude has immunity from our dear leaders on the SC.
