The group, which is trying to shift its followers to Mastodon, a social-media platform created by a German developer, has accumulated more than 28,000 members in the five weeks since its creation.

Wow, that's great! If normal people are considering getting off of facebook, that company will be in big trouble.

France has seen a series of arson attacks targeting Tesla cars and charging stations.

The French do love burning cars...

Thirty-two per cent said they were already boycotting American businesses.

That's already quite impressive. Before Trump, I think that would've been unimaginable. US food is very popular in France. Nearly every city and town I visited had some US themed restaurant that wasn't owned by a USAian company. KFC, "Mac Do", Burger King, and a bunch of other places were always packed when walking past them. In Italy too, although they really really disliked Domino's where I visited.

I can only hope the US "masterminds" keep on steadfast with their course until more people truly understand that they aren't friends.

I get the hate on Tesla but burning an EV is dump af. Vandalize it all you want (assuming it's still at the dealership) but don't burn it.
