What?! All these current economic problems have always been Biden’s fault! Clinton slashed government spending so much he was the last president to ever run a budget surplus. However, Clinton cut spending when US debt was 50% of US GDP and now debt is 120% of GDP. Even eliminating the entire military budget wouldn't bring a surplus today.
