we are currently at 43k pixels placed of 1 million possible

I have the ability to half the placement cooldown (1:00 -> 0:30), but make replacing someone's pixel give you double the cooldown (0:30 * 2 = 1:00)

Vote by upvoting the options in the comments (replying to the options with concerns or reasonings)

Change the cooldown won with 72 upvotes & Keep the settings lost with 8 upvotes

Can your own pixels be excluded from the override cooldown and just use the normal one? makes it easier to fix mistakes
