By far my favourite aromatherapy is a sleepy roll on recipe I got. So simple...

10ml carrier oil eg apricot 2 drops ylang ylang 2 drops bergamot 2 drops geranium

It's a massive help to me! And the cost per use is pennies.

How do you use aromatherapy or oils?

Yes I reckon it counts. I'd not heard of thieves oil, what's it used for?
