That's genuinly impressive to have a score that low. How do other couriers fair?

I checked out the one I always use when I can, and it is a bit crazy even if they are at 4.0

Guess people only go write studf if they are unhappy I guess lol, and companies buys the 5stars? Still Colis Privé had like 4 times more complaints.
