I thought to research where my current Seedbox company was located and they were a Singaporean company. I got a good deal and reliable service with them, but let’s see what the EU has to offer. Any recommendations?

Does it keep a static ip? Sorry this might be a dumb or obvious question. It’s important for the private trackers to not ban my account.
