For me, a lot of things:

  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Other sauces
  • Onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Pickles
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Other vegetables and/or fruits and/or fungi

My ideal burger is just bun, cheese, and patty, bacon optional.
