Lentish is going good for me. Sugar cravings are out of my system and the bread obsession is waning dramatically. I do have the occasional wholemeal or multigrain toast but atleast I'm not consuming bread products daily. Crumpets, English muffins, pizza (breads delicious cousins) have been eliminated entirely. First week and a bit was hard and I succumbed a few times to the local bakery bread but now it's smooth sailing.

I feel good. A bit tired but good.

For a true Lent experience, have some pumpernickel.

It's terrible, so any guilt is countered by the taste.

No thanks. I love rye bread but that brick tastes like shit. Not fit for human consumption.
