A look a the newest Xbox 360 software only Hypervisor Hack known as BadUpdate. It requires a Xbox 360 - any model including the later Winchester revisions - on the latest system version (17559), a USB flash drive, Rock Band Blitz Trial and some patience. Tethered sucks. Everybody knows tethered iOS jailbreaks. BUT a few jailbreaks are untethered, so maybe here as well, some exploit can lead to untethered 360 "jailbreak".
