I'm not even sure if this is implemented, but I would like to ban a user from my community. They are not a local account, they're on a federated Lemmy instance. Is this something I can do as a moderator, and if so, how do I do it?

I can see a scenario:

troll1@trollinstance posting in trollinginstance/c/raids: "Hey, let's raid these losers over otherinstance/c/safespace"
troll2@trollinstance "Hell yeah!"

I could see admins at /c/safespace wanting to preemptively ban them.
