Planning on smoking a pork shoulder tomorrow for pulled pork, and want to some German sausages to go with it.

Any recommendations on where to get some decent ones (preferably on the Western side of town)?

Have you discovered the magical land of Adams Continental Smallgoods at Carole Park?

They have sausages: https://www.adamssmallgoods.com.au/smallgoods

Also so much other good stuff. We often go there to pick up a few little snackie things for an upcoming morning tea or whatever, and leave with like $300 worth of meat products that I can't even pronounce the names of. And its all amazing.

Gypsy ham is so good. It's like the hammiest ham you've ever hammed. Just... Ham++. Ham^2^. Ham 2.0. Whatever.
