These drones dont have to live or fly for long. You can just cram a bunch of overpowered parts in there cuz its all gonna be dust soon anyways. The cases of the mines are probably plastic anyways no?

I guess main drawback must be the range. I can't imagine the drone flying very far or very long with this big ass mine strapped to it.

I recently watch a documentary, a reporter stayed a few days with a Ukrainian drone squad. It looks like the drones have to fly for a while before they reach their target.

I have no clue about warfare tbh but a drone like that with two battery packs should easily do 15 minutes without payload. With this mine mod its much less but probably still 2 mins or more. In that time you can fly a few kilometers.
