Doesn't look like this one contains a language issue, am I wrong?

It is, it is about German being selected. This usually means that the user does not have Undetermined selected (otherwise it would take precedence over German), and that they might not be able to see some content.

And the other way around, I had to myself check German in my own settings to see their comments.

Dont know about other people but I would prefer to see everything instead of specific languages
