Maybe it's because I'm on a small screen but I don't get what's happening aside from a bunch of seemingly random two second clips.

It's more about the person speaking, with the clips as a sort of visual "inspo" backing it up. Here's the transcript:

Creativity is a process. We're all born creative, then many of us lose our automatic creativity as we grow up. But we can cultivate it again. The process may seem slow at first, but then you'll start to notice creative thoughts come more easily. You'll realize the creative life you wanted was just waiting for you to dive in. Your skill will improve and what once was a struggle will start to come naturally again.

It's kind of cheesy if you're not into that sort of thing, like Live Laugh Love art, but some people like it 🤷
