I wish these officials would stop taking the coward's way out and instead choose to stay and keep fighting until forcibly removed by security.

That's happened a few times too. It doesn't really add more than a few tens of minutes to their tenure.

I agree but I dont think these decisions are made lightly. This person dedicated their life to this
