Rear Admiral Timothy Gallaudet, a retired American oceanographer from the United States Navy, once held the position of Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere within the U.S. Department of Commerce. He had a front-row seat at a particular hearing, where he keenly observed the proceedings and David Grusch's involvement. He emphasizes the seriousness of the matter, urging us to pay close attention to the implications.
