I've done couple's therapy, and the idea of completing couple's therapy through text message is just really unappealing. Show me the study that compares a chatbot to IRL psychotherapy outcomes. There's just so much to account for...body language, hesitations, facial expressions, eye contact, tone of voice, and more.
