[solved] How do I use a Wii remote as a input device? Anyone using a Wii remote as input and if so what's your setup like. (lemmy.zip)

Solution: I bought a dolphin bar. Its not here yet but it should work better.

Just sharing an old trick.

The pointing function relies on two IR sources, one in each side of the bar. In a pinch, you can use two candles in front of the screen you want to point at instead. Not too close though haha.

Might be useful if your screen and the hardware are somehow far enough away from each other to be a problem. Did this back in the day when a bar wire was chewed through.
