As someone who hasn't seen the original content this meme is based off- it would be great to know what was going on here. Still funny though
Data has an ambition to learn to be human and chooses to love a cat. It's important when, later, he has to prove he is sentient in court.
Also important 30 years later when he is able to gain control of a new body from Lore via his memories of Spot!
