Thanks to all for the words of support yesterday.

Ended up cooking dinner for everyone, bro had a go (so I had a go back naturally), so left mine in the fridge and went to the beach lol.

Highlight was getting dumped by a wave and doing my shoulder hitting the seabed. Nothing like a few endorphins followed by some wine on an empty beach. It was actually very calming heh.

Hottest take from the night was that I need to get vaccinated (whooping etc.) if I / p's want to see his baby due in May. Problem is I'm up to date and he was/is anti-covid / flu vax. Basically threatening the parents that if I'm not vaxxed (not them) they won't be seeing their future grandkid. Fucking wild. Making me out to be a risk to their unborn kiddo is fucked and classic acute NPD manipulation.

Anyway hopefully the cunt leaves soon.

Well done you on taking the high road and also for looking after yourself (hope the shoulder‘s ok). I’ve got some idea of how difficult these things can be to deal with so you have all my sympathy
