I hate to say it but I still check Reddit a few times a day
On Lemmy, do you do "Hot" and "Top 6 hours"? That helps a lot. "Active" is the most dead ironically, and is the default.
Hot usually
Try switching to top 6, top 12 and only subscribed. If you're super desperate, try new.
