“She can’t tell them to stop. She couldn’t get away because she’s in a five-point harness car seat. She just had to sit there and take it, and the bus driver wasn’t stopping,” an upset mother explained after seeing what her young daughter endured on the school bus. And, it’s heartbreaking, to say the least....

Other news sources have the same pictures of the kid with the bruises. Left arm too. I didn't see any other images of the inside of the bus though. As much as I don't trust a website call patriottruth and OP posting only from that website, perhaps the quote "right behind the bus driver comment" was a bit of an embellishment?

Well the bus driver looks to be female in the shot, and the child looks to be male. Also are the bus cams from the back now? All the cams when I was still in school were at the front to show what the bus driver sees and so the kids couldnt try and disable them. (not trying to argue, just pointing out why I think its not a photo from this incidence)
