Does this mean the Pikachu/charizard/Mewtwo packs are no longer available?

No no, they're all still there. They just updated the landing page to highlight the newer stuff. I'm still opening Mewtwo packs for Articuno lol.

It's an easy mistake to make. Especially when you wake up and every wonder pick in the list is from the new expansions lol.
