You know men are not the only rapists, right? Transpeople can also rape, sure it's less probable because there's not a systemic issue where society raises them as rapists but it still can happen. It's cringe because she pushes the TERF narrative where transwomen are but men dressed up as women just to get into their circle, rape them and destroy biological feminism from within.

Her books are ok, though.

Your rant is really confusing, no idea what you are trying to say. Anyway the topic isnt really about transgender people. The linked article states: "Police Scotland said that they would log rapes as being carried out by a woman if the accused person insists, even if they have not legally changed gender". So according to that, a man can rape someone, and when caught, tell police that he's actually a woman (probably hoping to get a lower sentence). How is that beneficial for anyone but rapists?

I agree it can be misused, and people can have a rightly so concern about this. That's not my point, my point is that she grabs any chance she gets to trash transpeople. She is not voicing a legitimate concern about rapists and victims or whatever, she's just pushing the "transwomen are men in disguise to rape us" narrative.

You know men are not the only rapists, right? Transpeople can also rape, sure it’s less probable because there’s not a systemic issue where society raises them as rapists but it still can happen.

Any type of minority can rape, not only men. Men are raised in a society where rape culture flourishes, therefore they tend to be the ones who do it most.

It’s cringe because she pushes the TERF narrative where transwomen are but men dressed up as women just to get into their circle, rape them and destroy biological feminism from within.

Typical TERF narrative they use to delegitimize transwomen.

Her books are ok, though.
