I still miss /r/asksciencefiction. I want to ask and answer questions about my favourite franchises, but the community on Lemmy is woefully dead.
Yea, for these scenarios I'd recommend posting in the more generalized versions like !sciencefiction@lemmy.world and tag it with something like [Question] and then maybe cross-post it to the actual !asksciencefiction@lemmy.world to hopefully generate some traffic in the future
Lemmy is still a bit small to have a bunch of hyper-focused comms like Reddit, but maybe some day!
