Well, well. Even a blind squirrel sometimes finds a nut. I notice this is coming from "the office of the Attorney General," so it's likely somebody who's not Ken Paxton bringing suit, since he's a capitalist lap dog and authoritarian mouthpiece, and he doesn't give two shits about consumer protections.
Anyone with more info, feel free to correct me, btw.
