So PSA. If you want to use an IKEA gift card purchased online immediately, you can’t.

Edit: And ones bought in-store are 24h (as told to me by a staff member).

Anti scammer measure I'll bet. So dimwits won't buy gift cards to pay for their parking infringements issued by the Australian Federal Police.

Also, the Australian Federal Police don't issue parking infringements or other small issue crimes. That's for the state based cops. You'd think the scammers would actually read the home page of the websites they are mimicking. To add credibility.
