Depends on the scale. When I had nothing to do, individual days seemed to go for weeks, while weeks went by like seconds. Now the days usually go by at a decent rate, but the weeks feel long, while dates are flying by about as quickly as somebody whose new year resolution was to run a marathon. I just get by by jumping from event to event though. Everything is just a lead up into the next thing that happens, good or bad
