A helpful WHO resource listing the natural toxins in the food we eat.

None of those toxins are found in ASF (animal sourced foods). The Carnivore diet avoids all of them. Keep being awesome.

About the toxins and then regarding asf, which is not good for health overall, you can eat only meat sure

You know you don't need to read the carnivore community if you don't think it's a good or safe way to eat.

You can block it if not subscribing isn't enough.

I don't feel the need to comment or vote in any of the vegan or vegetarian communities

The WHO document about toxins is true, I'm sad to say.

The ASF avoiding those same toxins is also true, just as a matter of definition.

The is ASF good for overall health statement: this is a carnivore community, I'm happy to discuss any issues you may have with ASFs but the thrust of the content here will be around ASFs.
