Round 2 of use it, or lose it:
I opened a jar of simmer sauce (garlic and honey I think), you know those ready made marinades for chicken. It says use within 3 days. I opened it on Sunday and only used half. No mold that I can see - probably okay to finish today?

Make sure it's heated well and you'll be fine. But if you don't eat it today, bin it.
Definitely eating it today as long as it pinky promises to not poison me.
Make sure it's cooked to boiling hot and you'll be good.
