My irrational pet peeve today is seeing these cooking videos on social media where the people are just so aggressively doing things. Jerking oven doors open. Very deliberate, slow, deep and yet rough cutting of meat. Throwing seasoning on food like it's schoolies week.

It's the loud abrupt noise part of that that makes me angry. I'm sensitive to loud noises, and easily startled even if it's in a video. It's not that bad if it's a normal sound, but half the time they boost the loud noises, then trim off the beginning and ends so it doesn't sound like a normal sound anymore. I don't want a video about making tacos to become a fucking PTSD attack
