Seems like the sanctions have really hurt Russia's economy however.

Very high GDP growth. Higher than US. Very high wages due to high military pay, and lots of military production jobs. There is inflation and high interest rates. Ruble is not amazing, but stable. There's enough domestic demand that export sanctions doesn't affect jobs, and Russia is self sufficient in everything essential, and benefits from China exports for tech.

Just because your propaganda tells you otherwise, the fucking CIA factbook makes GDP projections and records GDP growth. I didn't explain anything hard to understand.
