Gather the artefacts! Process flow! Service delivery! Suck my balls!

It's amazing how easy it is to sound qualified if you have confidence, a sales background and a firm grasp of terminology lol

Edit: I'd like to add stakeholder fucking management to the list. Over and fucking over. It's the main part of my role i.e taking the punches for the company but i still hate that title.

They love the term stakeholder in interviews though. Gotta qualify internal and external though, and how you deal with each differently

I managed stakeholders all across the 3d plane of existence lol.

But in all seriousness, you're right. I always play up executive stakeholder management both internal and external.

Not letting the scope creep too far that the original purpose of what you were trying to do gets lost in the bigger piece of work. Basically means burning effort.
