If you're much younger than, say, 35, it probably won't be an issue anyway.

I don't think I even have the luxury of choosing. I think it will be decided for me, because I am a minority under an imminent regressive violent fascist regime.

I didn't plan to live up to 30, but here I am. And honestly don't really see any reasons why it would be different for any other number until some major health issue.
