So here's the gossip.
One of the remaining 3 (of which i am one) account managers resigned.
So his clients get divided up between me and the other one.
Yay.

Nope. Not with my probation 10 days away.
So what happens after your probation ends in 10 days?
What options do you have at that point?
I have a better position to negotiate as they can't just fire me on the spot.
And now that I'm one of only 2 account managers it strengthens my bargaining position. This team should have 4 people. Not 2.
Ah ok. Will you stay or look for another place?
Seems like the place is being gutted at the moment.
I need to stay long enough to move house. It's near impossible to be approved for a rental whilst on probation.
Please tell me they are at least openly looking for another?! You're already stretched so thin!
Who knows. I only found out because my co worker told me. Nothing from management about it.
Of course not! Just keep breathing, probation is nearly up! I found emails from a director here to customers advising that someone had left the business 2 hours before it was announced to staff.
This happened in December and they haven't said anything to us. Which is pretty bad...
That's so shit!
