Would it be better taste to use "drunk" or "high" as insults instead of terms relating to disabilities? (sh.itjust.works)

Like, you choose to be drunk or high. No one chooses to be disabled and it's horrible that a whole demographic is treated as a joke.

To be fair, some people are conservative
