That's not code switching tho...
Like the screenshot you're reposting is funny, but code switching is switching between dialects/mannerisms intentionally to fit into different groups.
Not just blanking on a word in one language and using another.
Another language is also another code, just like another dialect would be. And switching to it for lack of vocabulary is one frequent reason for code switching. Adjusting for the audience is not the only reason for code switching.
