Second layer of jelly has been poured. I'm ready to take on the weekend now. As long as I don't have to go outside. And as long as the power doesn't fail.

If you want extra fancy, have you heard of Stained Glass jelly. Chunks of multicoloured jelly set in white sweetened condensed milk jelly. I remember it from when I was a kid but hardly see it anymore.

That sounds so fun. I might investigate.

Make the surrounding jelly with gelatine leaves and apple juice rather than milk - looks fantastic! You can see all the colours. Likewise a kid favorite from way back.
