A dipole will do just fine.
And with RTL-SDR you could also receive NOAA APT and Meteor LRPT on 137MHz with the same dipole.
I keep using that damn extendable dipole for everything xD It's very portable, fits into a pocket.

I also got this. It's a clone of SDRPlay RSP1. Works really well for HF, although the RTL-SDR v4 probably does too, it goes a bit higher in frequency than RTL-SDR, but most importantly, 10MHz of bandwidth (~8MHz usable) while still being cheaper than RTL-SDR blog dongles (genereic ones are cheaper).
Unfortunately, it seems they don't sell these anymore, but maybe there's something similar.
