Its probably a Half Life: Alyx sequel. Which is mega hype because that is the best VR game ever.
Spoiler:
That plus Valve's next VR headset codenamed Deckard is gotta be right around the corner, with the controller leaks. Alyx released ~~along side~~ the Valve Index to show it off. Lastly the marketing info for SteamOS being show combined with rumors Deckard may be a stand alone VR headset, or an optional add-on.
Your spoiler tag is broken
I don't know if different clients/instances/communities could play a role in how those work, but I don't think I've ever really seen many working ones, at least as long as I've been using Voyager.
Voyager uses a different format.
Tap for spoiler
hidden contentThat is the actual formatting for all of Lemmy to the best of my knowledge.
Some of the apps people use don't do formatting properly.
Damn. Wish that was standardized across clients.
Different clients, certainly.
Spoilers rarely work for me on Eternity yet almost always work for me on Thunder.
I only use Eternity on my phone and I can see it working?
I only use Sync on my phone and I can see it's not working?
Alyx came out about 9 months later, actually.
Can you cite where you learned their new software is actually Alyx 2?
Alongside was poor word choice. Regardless Valve now has a history of releasing their own games for their new hardware. Alyx for the Index, and Aperture Desk Job for Steam Deck.
Cite? Its all just speculation... Even my comment is just speculation and prediction...
You didn’t originally have a “probally” in there. I was just looking for additional reporting on your assertion.
Yes I did. I only edited my original comment to cross out "along side."
I stand corrected then.
