Today's weather forecast (Melbourne CBD, 3000): min - 16°C, max - 22°C. 25% chance of at least 1mm of rain

Emoji inspiration: I call this part of the year (the time between Boxing Day and New Year's Day) the "never-never times" because some things are open, others are closed, some people are working, a lot not, so fuck all gets done, and if you need anything besides food or groceries, you're basically SOL

this little wrap-around spider, genus Dolophone, but unsure of specific species

Located on my cousin's tent lol, not very camouflaged. So small and strange shaped, I love it!

Look up 'bird dropping spider' - they are truly awesome! I have them in my garden.

They're so cool! Truly amazing how they camouflage as poop lol, but it's obviously worked!! Their egg sacs look amazing 😍

They never fail to fascinate me. The first time I saw one I was puzzling out how a bird dropping could possibly have landed on the underside of a leaf.
