Emoji inspiration: I call this part of the year (the time between Boxing Day and New Year's Day) the "never-never times" because some things are open, others are closed, some people are working, a lot not, so fuck all gets done, and if you need anything besides food or groceries, you're basically SOL

so much crying is not great

when I had cptsd I noticed I was crying when in the past I knew I wouldn't cry in that same situation

my thoughts were irrational, my feelings were a bit too intense, more intense than I used to be, and my expression was out of control

it takes conscious effort and practice to relearn how get a handle on the crying

so many hugs , you can do this ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks for picking this up! Thankfully didn't end up crying 1.7 times per day.
