Yeah, I spent a while trying to make, nonce and paedo work but got nothing in this context. Best I managed was "sicko on a hippo" which isn't close enough.

Although “hippo” does come from the Greek word for horse, “hippos.” Hippopotamus means “river horse.”

So sicko on a hippo works, albeit only in slant rhyme.
