I thought account-wide Agony Resistance requires a Personal Fractal Level of 100. That's probably not everyone. Nitpicking aside I think that bugs (especially new ones) should be reported upstream as soon and as detailed as possible so that they can be fixed. A post to a forum/community which no developer sees just isn't very helpful, I think. But I may be wrong.
